Fit & You provides a personalised meal plan and an optional body fat estimate based on the data and, if you choose, the photo you provide. The body fat estimate and meal plans are generated using third-party AI and are for informational purposes only. They are not medical, nutritional or clinical advice.

3. No medical advice

Nothing in the Service replaces professional medical, dietetic or nutritional advice. If you have health conditions, dietary restrictions or are taking medication, consult a qualified professional before changing your diet or lifestyle. You use the Service at your own responsibility.

4. Account and conduct

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any illegal purpose. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have breached these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Service and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. Generated meal plans are for your personal use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on meal plans or body fat estimates.

We may modify these terms or the Service at any time. We will indicate the last updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
